SW18 family seeks After-school Nanny, Job ID J1C7B7

An After-school Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Earlsfield, London to help them in looking after their charming toddler and school-aged child. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving licenser is required and the client can provide a car. Someone who could speak French or Spanish languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates will also be considered.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 20.5 hours per week and the client is happy to offer more hours if the candidate can cook for the family.

Duties include:

• Picking the child up from school and transporting him to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
• Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
• Putting child to bed
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the child
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the child’s educational growth
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child structure and development
• Keeping the child's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
