A lovely family in Kensington, London is seeking a Temporary Housekeeper to help keep their private residence clean and well-maintained. They are looking for someone organised, reliable, and hardworking who can confidently handle all general housekeeping tasks. As the family has a dog, a pet-friendly candidate would be ideal. This position is temporary and will run until 30th August 2025.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, approximately 40 hours per week

Duties include:

• ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
• performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
• managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
• making beds and replacing linens as needed
• cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher

The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
