A Temporary Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in Kensington, London to help them in taking care for their school-aged child and maintain their home to a high standard of cleanliness. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the family. Big preference for Portuguese speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am then from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, approximately 40 hours per week

Duties include:

• Responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care and development of the children
• Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
• Playing with the children and taking them to the park
• Reading to and playing with the children
• Helping with homework
• Implementing daily routines
• Maintaining a clean family home
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
• Dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs and showers
• Deep cleaning the kitchen
• Washing clothes
• Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• Ironing
• Making up the beds and changing the linens
• Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
