Travelling International Nanny, £1,200 to £1,400 gross per week

A fantastic family in Cairo, Egypt is looking for a Travelling International Nanny, £1,200 to £1,400 gross per week to help them in taking care of their lovely toddler and school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone experienced and hardworking who focused on the developmental stages of the children. It will be a bonus if the candidate has psychology or education qualifications but is not a must. The family travels to US, Europe and Australia and the nanny housekeeper must be able to accompany them. Big preference for Arabic speakers however they are open to any language.

Working hours: 6 days per week, around 72 hours on a flexible schedule

Duties include:

• plan and implement a daily schedule or routine
• maintaining logs for the parents
• create a safe and stimulating environment
• provide educational games and activities both indoor and outdoors that are creative and age-appropriate
• reading to and with the children
• helping with homework
• transport children to and from activities
• weekly meal plans with foods and snacks that are healthy and nutritious
• preparing bottles and caring for feeding equipment including sterilisation
• keep the children's bedroom, play areas and toys neat, clean and tidy
• bathing and dressing
• changing nappies and potty training
• reinforcing appropriate discipline for the children according to the method requested by the parents
• planning and supervising rest, bed and nap times
• sleep training
• when travelling provide 24-hour support
