We are currently looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Manager to join our expanding and fast paced recruitment company in a position based in central London. We are looking for someone that has extensive managerial experience and is excited about starting their career in a new sector. The chosen candidate will join a performing and establish team with the opportunity to grow it further.

Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday with 1 weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) every other week (11 days worked out of 14), from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

About the role:

This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of the recruitment process. You will be hands-on working in a KPI driven environment. We are looking for someone who has a true passion for sales and managing a team. This person needs to think outside of the box and has the ability to work well under pressure.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage and develop your own team of consultants
  • Deliver a seamless recruitment process for all clients
  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email
  • Understanding the company product and brand
  • Ensure direct reports are aware of and uphold company values and ethos
  • Ensure direct reports adhere to company policies
  • Ensure direct reports achieve their billing targets by carefully monitoring KPIs
  • Ensure you achieve your own billing targets
  • Training staff
  • Managing holidays and sickness within your team
  • Conducting performance management meetings
  • Following HR processes

Essential skills

  • Outstanding command of English
  • A minimum of three years of management experience
  • Experience managing a team of at least three people
