With our state of the art recruitment software we have integrated our interview processes with Zoom software ensuring you are able to quickly and efficiently interview childcare and housekeeping candidates from the comfort of your home. This means you are able to select only your top list of candidates to enter your home for in person interviews.
Although government guidelines have throughout the pandemic classed Nannies, Au pairs and domestic staff as essential workers, free to enter your home, we felt our clients desire to change the process to an initial online meeting.
