A fully staffed household in Oxfordshire is seeking a live in domestic couple to assume the role of housekeeper and estate manager. The Housekeeper will be working alongside a cleaner and needs to take on laundry and cooking duties. They are looking for some who has a muck in attitude towards keeping the house in good order. A child friendly candidate who would be willing to take on babysitting tasks will be favoured.
The estate manager role, however, will encompass outdoor and D.I.Y jobs around the house, clearing gutters, gardening, and landscaping in tandem with the existing gardener. Someone with a do it yourself mentality and someone who does not mind getting their hands dirty will be highly recommended. A chainsaw license or the willingness to acquire one and the ability to use a ride on lawnmower is preferred.
Working hours: ideally Friday to Tuesday, 40 hours per week (flexibility required)
Accommodation: Own two bed cottage on grounds of the estate
