A Kensington based family is seeking a reliable after school nanny to provide childcare and academic support to their three loving school aged children on a permanent basis. The family is ideally looking for a fluent English speaker and someone with a teaching background to provide academic assistance to the children.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: 3 days, around 15 to 20 hours/week
Duties include:
- preparing healthy meals and snacks
- washing and dressing the children
- helping with homework
- doing after school activities with the children
- preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
- maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
- doing arts and crafts
- taking the children to parks and playgrounds
- preparing them for bed and reading them stories
Big preference for Italian speakers but not essential. The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
