A friendly and proactive German speaking nanny is needed by a family in Islington to look after their lovely toddler in a live in full time role. The family is expecting a baby so someone who has experience caring for a newborn would be ideal.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time ideally from 7 am to 7 pm
Duties include:
- implementing daily routines
- assisting with feeding, diapering
- preparing bottles, cleaning up
- taking the toddler to nursery classes
- sterilising milk bottles and feeding the baby milk
- helping with potty training
- playing age-appropriate games
- taking them for walks to the park
- resettling the baby after feeding
- doing arts and crafts together
- supporting all aspects of their development
- cooking meals for the toddler
- ensuring they are washed, in their pyjamas and ready for bed
- laundry
- ironing
- cleaning up after the meals
- ensuring the house is kept tidy
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position. The family would like someone to start in March.
