A family in Wandsworth, London is looking for an a Live-in Part Time Au Pair to care for their two school-aged children. The family are looking for someone positive, friendly and reliable. The Au Pair will be required to work from Monday to Friday with the flexibility for babysitting two evenings a week or occasionally for a few hours on the weekend.
Some of the duties involved in this position are
- Helping children with after-school activities like homework
- Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Providing supervision and constant care to children
- Being disciplined with the children when required
- Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
- Playing with the children and taking them to the park
- Planning and organising age-related activities
- Stimulating children to read and be active
- Reading to and with the children
- Implementing daily routines
Someone who speaks German would be ideal but not a must. The family is looking for someone to start in January. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
