A full time live in head housekeeper cook is needed by a fully staffed household in Dubai, UAE to perform professional cooking, cleaning and housekeeping services on a permanent basis. They would need a candidate who had experienced working in a private household with a similar role. The head housekeeper will be required to take on the role of the principal in overseeing the staff and making sure their duties are carried out to a high standard, as well as using a muck in approach. The main focus is on laundry (especially delicate/designer garments) and wardrobe management, as well as cooking daily meals for the family. It would be a bonus if the candidate knows how to drive. This is a role that requires a delicate balance between staff management and a hands on approach. The ideal candidate will be fully vaccinated or willing due to current restrictions in Dubai.
Working hours: 5 to 6 days per week (depending on client's schedule and events), 6 am to 8 pm
