An experienced temporary night maternity nurse is required by a family from Kilburn, London to help parents in taking care of their newborn baby on a full time live in basis. Sleep training experience is a must as well as all the maternity nurse qualifications. A valid first aid qualification is a must.
Working hours: 5 to 7 nights per week, 10 hours per shifts
Duties include:
- tending the baby at night
- establishing a sleeping routine of the child
- ensuring the safety and comfort of the child at all times
- feeding the child including bottle feeding
- preparing milk and healthy meals and snacks
- washing and dressing the child
- changing nappies
- tidying up after the child and ensuring the child’s room is always clean and tidy
- putting the child down for naps
This is a temporary role, 1 to 4 months. The family would like the maternity nurse to start in November.
