We are currently looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Recruitment Manager to join our expanding and fast paced company in a position based in central London. This will be a five day role with fixed days Saturday and Sunday and three days between Monday and Friday. The chosen candidate will start and build their own team.

Working Hours Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 am to 6 pm. Three weekdays (flexible) 9:30 am to 7 pm. Bank holidays worked will be repaid with a day in lieu.

About the role

This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of the recruitment process. You will be hands-on working in a KPI driven environment. We are looking for someone who has a desirable amount of recruitment experience under their belts and a true passion for the sector. This person needs to think outside of the box and has the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of two years of industry experience in recruitment is essential for the role.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage and develop your own team of consultants
  • Deliver a seamless recruitment process for all clients
  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email
  • Understanding the company product and brand
  • Ensure direct reports are aware of and uphold company values and ethos
  • Ensure direct reports adhere to company policies
  • Ensure direct reports achieve their billing targets by carefully monitoring KPIs
  • Ensure you achieve your own billing targets
  • Training staff
  • Managing holidays and sickness within your team
