A family in the Haywards Heath area in West Sussex is looking for a proactive au pair to become part of the household and help them look after their school aged child. The au pair must have a full driving license. Ideal start date would be in August.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, up to 35 hours per week
Accommodation: Own bedroom with shared bathroom with the child
Duties include:
- assisting with morning routines
- washing and dressing the child
- preparing healthy meals and snacks
- feeding the child
- school drop offs and pickups
- arranging age appropriate activities
- playing with the child
- taking to various playdates
- preparing for bed and reading stories
- light housekeeping duties related to the child such as clearing up/washing dishes and doing the laundry
They have 2 dogs at home so the au pair must also be pet friendly.
