A lovely family in the Southwark area is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. They are looking for a bubbly, responsible, and punctual nanny who can provide a supportive and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will be calm and patient yet energetic enough to keep up with the children while also handling light housekeeping tasks related to them.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 20 hours per week

Duties include:

  • Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
  • Preparing and providing healthy meals and snacks suited to the children’s needs
  • Picking the children up from school and taking them to after-school activities
  • Keeping the children's bedrooms and play areas neat, organised, and tidy
  • Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings, such as trips to the park
  • Promoting early literacy by reading books to the children
  • Assisting with homework and supporting the children's academic development
  • Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children’s structure and growth
  • Preparing and offering nutritious meals and snacks for the children

The family is looking for someone to start on the 27th of January 2025 and are happy to meet lovely candidates.
