This lovely family based in Kensington, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The role includes all general nanny duties, preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, and being pet-friendly, as the family has a small dog. A driver would be a bonus, and a valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3.30 pm to 7:00 pm
Duties include:
- Picking the children up from school and transporting them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
- Bathing the children and maintaining proper hygiene
- Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and development
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
- Putting the children to bed
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books with the children
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and development
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
