An After-school Nanny is needed by this busy family based in Hackney, London to help them in looking after their school-aged child. They are looking for someone flexible, proactive, and caring who can support their child in a caring, creative, and educational environment. An ideal candidate will be someone who is adaptable to a slightly later finish and open to do occasional babysitting. A key part of the role will be assisting with meal planning, providing a shopping list, and preparing simple, healthy meals for the child. The candidate will also be responsible in organising and supporting after-school playdates, either at local parks, homes, or attending local clubs. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. They are looking for a reliable, warm, and engaged individual who will become a trusted part of their family. Someone pet-friendly is ideal since the family owns cat at however there will be no pet care required.
While not essential, the ability to speak Spanish would be a welcomed bonus to help broaden the child's language skills. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday for 15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
