A lovely family based in Acton, London, is seeking an after-school nanny to help care for their two children, aged 5 and 2 years old. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience and will speak fluent English. Someone proactive, practical, organised, and confident caring for young children would be ideal for this role. The nanny will be responsible for creating a warm and nurturing environment, engaging the children in fun and age-appropriate activities, and supporting their daily routines. The family is looking for someone hands-on, happy to help where needed, and able to use their initiative. The role will also include light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as tidying their play areas and keeping their belongings organised. The nanny will also prepare meals and snacks for the children. A driver is required for this role, and the candidate should be confident driving both automatic and manual cars. A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, to be confirmed. Two full days, 8:30 to 18:00, and two half days, 15:00 to 18:00.
