This lovely famioy based in Wandsworth, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to take care of their toddler and school-aged child. All general Nanny duties are required in this role. Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children is a must. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (school term time) (potentially more hours during school holidays | Occasionally babysitting required
Duties include:
- Picking children up from school and transporting them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments.
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
- Putting children to bed.
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
- Children’s laundry,
- Tidying and rotating toys,
- Cleaning eating areas, wiping down surfaces,
- Keeping children’s play areas tidy.
- Cooking: Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
