An After-school Nanny is needed by a family in Hackney, London to help them look after their school-aged child. They are looking for someone flexible, proactive, and a caring nanny to support their child in a caring, creative, and educational environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is adaptable to a slightly later finish and open to occasional babysitting. A key part of the role will be assisting with meal planning, providing a shopping list, and preparing simple, healthy meals for the child. The successful candidate will also be comfortable organising and supporting after-school playdates, either at local parks, homes, or attending local clubs. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. They are looking for a reliable, warm, and engaged individual who will become a trusted part of their family. Someone pet-friendly is ideal since the family has a cat at home but there will be no pet care required.
While not essential, the ability to speak Spanish would be a welcomed bonus to help broaden the child's language skills. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday for 15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
