A lovely family based in Walthamstow, London, is seeking an after-school Nanny to care for their baby and school-aged child. Key responsibilities include preparing and supervising their dinner, along with all general nanny duties. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm - plus extra babysitting - to be flexible during school holidays.
Duties include:
- Safely collecting the children from the nursery and school
- Preparing and supervising their evening meal
- Supporting bedtime preparations such as changing into pyjamas, brushing teeth, and reading a story
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate play and activities
- Encouraging the children to tidy up their play areas and belongings
- Maintaining clear communication with the parents regarding the children’s afternoon and well-being
- Always ensuring the safety and security of the children
