This lovely family in Kensington, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to take care of their 2 school-aged children. All general Nanny duties are required in this role. Collect the children from school, which is a 15-minute walk from the family’s home. Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, or outdoor play. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday 3:15 pm to 6:15 pm

Duties include:

Making sure the children are up early in the morning
Washing and dressing them, and preparing a healthy breakfast and snacks
Helping with homework, school assignments, and reading practice
Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, messy play, or outdoor play
Preparing recreational activities that support the children’s physical and mental development
Taking them to parks, playgrounds, and after-school activities
Preparing and serving healthy snacks after school and assisting with dinner preparation
Feeding the children and helping with the bedtime routine
Tidying up after the children, ensuring their bedrooms and play areas are kept clean and organised
Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children
