A caring and experienced afterschool Nanny is needed by a family in Camden, London to care for their preschool-aged child. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of childcare experience and be warm, reliable, and confident supporting the child's development and daily routine. The child has allergies to eggs and nuts, so the nanny must be comfortable following allergy safety guidelines.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Duties include:
- ensuring the child is safe, happy, and well cared for
- maintaining the child's hygiene and daily routines
- preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks for the child
- carefully managing the child's egg and nut allergies
- keeping the child's bedroom and play areas clean and organised
- engaging the child in interactive and age-appropriate activities
- organising indoor and outdoor play
- encouraging reading and early literacy
- supporting the child's educational development
- establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines
- carrying out child-related housekeeping duties
- preparing meals specifically for the child
A valid first aid certification is required for this role. The family is looking for someone to start in September.
