We are currently looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Associate Consultant to join our expanding and fast-paced company in a position based in our office in Central London.

Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover, from 8:00 to 17:00 + every other weekend day (5 days/6 days rotation) during the first year of employment (dropping down to Monday to Friday only after 1st year)

About the role:

This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of the recruitment process. You will be hands-on working in a target driven environment. We are looking for someone who has a true passion to start their recruitment career and progress within a fast-paced company. This person needs to think outside of the box and have an ability to work well under pressure. Associate Consultant is an entry-level role in recruitment, which requires no prior recruitment or sales experience. A promotion to a Recruitment Consultant title (and relevant increase on a salary basis) will be available after successful first six months of employment.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Manage and develop long-lasting client and candidate relationships
  • Deliver a seamless recruitment process for all clients
  • Sourcing and management of candidates
  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email
  • Understanding the company product and brand

  • Fluency in written & spoken English (additional language is a huge bonus for our multicultural client/candidate base)
