A welcoming family based in Warwickshire is seeking a caring and responsible Au Pair to support their teenage children.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have at least 1 year of childcare experience. The family is looking for someone reliable, engaging, and confident supporting teenagers with their daily routines, homework, and activities. The successful candidate should be able to encourage independence while providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
The role also includes light housekeeping, preparing meals and snacks, and caring for the family's two large dogs. A driver is essential, and the successful candidate must be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
The successful candidate will be provided with private accommodation on the top floor of the family home, including an en-suite bedroom and a separate TV room.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 5 hours per day, for a total of 25 hours per week.
