A lovely family based in Windsor is seeking a Part-time Live-in Au Pair to help care for their 2-year-old child and support the smooth running of their home.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of childcare experience and will speak fluent English. Someone warm, reliable, energetic, and confident caring for a toddler would be ideal for this role. A driver would be a bonus, but this is not essential.
The au pair will be responsible for nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, which are only a 5-minute walk from the family home. The role will also include supporting the child’s daily routine, preparing healthy meals and snacks, bathing, maintaining proper hygiene, and engaging the child in play, educational activities, reading, and outdoor outings.
The role also includes light housekeeping duties based around the child, as well as basic household upkeep. The family has one dog, so someone pet-friendly and happy to help with basic dog care and one dog walk per day would be ideal.
The candidate will be provided with a separate annexe, including a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Worldwide travel with the family may also be required.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 8:30 and 15:30 to 19:00. Extra evening hours may be arranged, with additional hours for dog walking and light household upkeep.
