An energetic and flexible Full-time Nanny/PA is needed by a lovely family based in London to help them take attentive care of their school-aged children. All general nanny duties are required. The ideal candidate will be someone flexible and organised. The family are flexible to find the right candidate. A full-time nanny/PA must have a valid first aid qualification.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 11 am or 12 pm - 8 pm, some flexibility

Duties include:

Manage detailed diary scheduling, including events, times, locations, and contact details
Plan and book family holidays in advance
Coordinating weekly food shop.
Coordinating with cleaners and builders.
Organise children’s schedules, including classes, tutors, and school visits; ensure communication with instructors
Book extracurricular activities and special events for the children
Manage orders and deliveries for household and personal needs
Plan and organise events, including private dinners, parties, and gift arrangements for special occasions
