Nanny needed for afterschool role for family of four in East Barnet, London. The family are looking for an easygoing and friendly Afterschool Nanny to look after their 2 primary school aged children. The Afterschool Nanny must be very firm but fair and caring at the same time.
The working hours for this job would be Tuesday to Friday, approximately 30 hours per week but very flexible. During school holidays the family will need more flexibility for more hours.The family will need the Afterschool Nanny to babysit at least one evening during the week. More hours will be added during school holiday.
The responsibilities of the Afterschool Nanny will be driving the children to school, helping and supervising during homework time, creating and delivering afterschool activities for the complete development of the children, updating the parents regarding every detail of their children’s development, play with them or take them to the park, produce nutritious meals for the children, preparing and escorting the children on play dates and extra curricular activities such as sports.
Light housekeeping will also needs to be done such as in maintaining a clean bedroom and play-areas, laundry and ironing.
The children are lovely and super active. The family are looking for someone who can drive but this is not required. The family would like someone to start in September but are still flexible for an early start.
