A Welwyn-based Family seeks a part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to help them in looking after their toddler and school-aged children on a long-term role basis. They particularly need who is proactive and energetic and can cover all general housekeeping duties. Cooking and preparing healthy meals for them is part of the job as well. Someone who speaks Spanish would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates are also welcome to apply. A valid first aid qualification is a must.
Working hours: 3 days a week. mornings or afternoons, 5 hours
Duties include:
- responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the children
- providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- organising and participating in activities with the children
- washing and bathing the children
- school runs
- cooking and preparing meals for the family
- sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
- cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
- deep cleaning the kitchen
- washing clothes
- unloading the laundry and organising clothes
- ironing
- making up the beds and changing the linens
- washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
- cleaning the windows and mirrors
