A lovely family in SL5 is looking for a full-time Governess or Governor for their 4-year-old. This position is open to live-in or live-out candidates. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, qualified teacher who can confidently enforce positive discipline, provide reliable holiday cover, and travel abroad with the family. They will be managing the before- and after-school routine, cooking for the child, and preparing educational activities.
Alongside these tasks, the candidate will be expected to perform standard governess duties, including fostering the child’s academic, social, and emotional development, teaching etiquette, liaising with the school, and planning a tailored curriculum. They are looking for someone pet-friendly as they have 2 dogs - no pet care is required. Driving is essential for this role, and an automatic car will be provided by the family.
First Aid qualification is essential for this role.
Working hours: 5 days a week, weekend must, 7 AM to 7 PM; happy for the candidate to choose 2 days off during the week
