A family based in St John's Wood, London is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper Carer to maintain their home. The ideal candidate will also be giving steady physical support with getting up, moving around the house, and using walking aids safely. The family may require some occasional dog walks.
Working hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Duties include:
Housekeeping Duties: Morning & Evening Routines: Helping both with washing, bathing, getting dressed, and general grooming, keeping their dignity and comfort front of mind.
Mobility Support: Giving steady physical support with getting up, moving around the house, and using walking aids safely—paying extra attention to the husband’s stability and fall prevention.
Keeping the House Running: Handling day-to-day cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, bed changing, laundry, and ironing to keep the home comfortable and safe.
Meals & Drinks: Preparing simple, nutritious fresh meals, snacks, and tea/coffee throughout the day, and clearing up after.
Company & Activities: Keeping them company, keeping their minds active with conversation, games, or hobbies, and going along on short walks or local outings.
The family is looking for someone who can start on 26 October 2026.
