A family in Abu Dhabi is looking for a qualified Nanny to look after their baby and toddler. They would need someone who will be supporting all aspects of the baby's development. Experience with babies is a must for this role. Ideally, the Nanny will be a strong swimmer and be able to teach the children eventually.
A second language would be a bonus but someone fluent in English would be beneficial. The family will provide the nanny with a separate one-bedroom flat. They would need someone from Monday to Friday, full time. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Duties would include
- implementing daily routines
- assisting with feeding, diapering
- preparing bottles, cleaning up
- taking the toddler to nursery classes
- sterilising milk bottles and feeding the baby milk
- helping with potty training
- playing age-appropriate games
- taking them for walks to the park
- resettling the baby after feeding
- doing arts and crafts together
- supporting all aspects of their development
- cooking meals for the toddler
- ensuring they are washed, in their pyjamas and ready for bed
The Nanny will need to do some light childcare housekeeping duties such as
- laundry,
- ironing,
- cleaning up after the meals,
- and ensuring the house is kept tidy.
