This family in Kensington, London, is looking for a Full-time Nanny-Housekeeper to maintain their house clean while taking care of their 2 school-aged childrem. All general Nanny-Housekeeping duties are required in this role. The family is planning to have a small dog in the near future. Therefore, someone who would be comfortable around dogs.The role is primarily focused on high-standard housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and daily home management. The ideal candidate is energetic and able to walk up/down stairs, as the job requires managing a multi-level home and taking initiative to keep things running smoothly. A passion for cooking would be nice, as the candidate will be expected to prepare healthy lunches for the parents and a fresh dinner for the entire family every day. The candidate will also be responsible for walking 10 minutes to pick up their younger child from school three times a week and providing occasional evening babysitting for both children. Childcare experience on the CV is needed. The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong, trusting relationships with pre-teens. Experience with or an understanding of Autism and sensory sensitivities is highly valued, as the youngest child has specific sensory needs. The ideal candidate will have awareness of such behaviours but no high-level complications. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm unless agreed extra hours for babysitting. Total hours per week: 40
