A highly experienced and organised Nanny-Housekeeper is sought by a private family in Chelsea, London to manage their household and provide care for their school-aged child. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have strong experience independently managing a busy household, including childcare, housekeeping, meal preparation, household supplies, and external service providers.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with working hours scheduled between 7:00am and 10:00pm. A minimum of 50 hours per week is required, with flexibility to work additional hours when needed. The role may vary between 40 and 60 hours per week.
Duties include:
Childcare
- Ensuring the child's safety, well-being, and development
- Maintaining consistent daily routines
- Keeping the child's bedroom, play areas, and belongings organised
- Managing school uniforms and sports kits
- Escorting the child to and from school, sports, clubs, and other activities
- Providing ad hoc evening babysitting when required
Household Management
- Managing the cleanliness and upkeep of the private residence
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and general floor care
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and the kitchen
- Managing laundry, ironing, and organising clothing and linens
- Making beds and changing linens
- Washing dishes and loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Monitoring household food supplies and keeping the fridge and pantry well stocked
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals for the family
- Coordinating with gardeners, window cleaners, maintenance workers, and other external suppliers
- Scheduling, meeting, and supervising external service providers when required
- Independently overseeing the smooth running of the household
The family is looking for someone highly organised, proactive, discreet, and capable of taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a private home.

Salary: £1,000 gross per week, with no overtime pay
Bonus: Discretionary bonus of up to 10% of annual salary
