This lovely family based in Islington, London, is looking for a Full-time Nanny to care for their baby and school-aged child on a permanent basis. The role involves all general nanny duties. Fluency in English is a must. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, family happy to offer 35 to 40 hours. 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and then 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The family is happy to also look at after-school hours only.
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes and feeding (milk and solids)
- Maintaining sleep routines and engaging in developmental activities
- Reading and singing to encourage early literacy
- Bathing, dressing, and keeping the baby’s room tidy
- School drop-offs and pick-ups, and taking to activities
- Helping with homework and supporting learning
- Planning age-appropriate activities and outdoor play
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and happiness
- Supervising play and teaching good habits
- Keeping the child’s play areas and bedroom organised
