A German speaking part time after school nanny is required by a family from Chelsea, London to oversee their intelligent school aged child as well as assist with homework and other school activities. The family is particularly looking for an energetic and fun candidate who can speak fluent German to help the child learn the language.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm with additional hours of occasional babysitting
Duties include:
- collecting the child from school
- helping with homework
- preparing meals and snacks
- arranging playdates
- helping with homework
- playing age appropriate games together
- reading stories to the child
- tidying away their toys after use teaching the child to help
- helping with the evening routine
- light laundry of child’s clothes
- occasional grocery shopping
- keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas clean and tidy
- soothing and comforting child and showing affection
The family needs the nanny to start on the first week of September.
