A family in Kilburn are seeking a Greek Afterschool Nanny to take care of their primary school-aged child. The hours for this position would be Monday to Thursday, from 3.15pm to 7.15pm. The family can offer more hours in the school holidays and through babysitting.
The Afterschool Nanny would be asked to:
- collect the child from school
- arrange afterschool playdates
- prepare afternoon snacks and meals
- supervise the completion of their homework
- take them to extracurricular activities such as swimming or dance lessons
- go to the playground afterschool if the weather is nice
- play games together
- support all aspects of their development
- ensure they are washed, in their pyjamas and ready for bed
- read stories to them
- organise their school bag and clothes for the next day
The family would like the candidate to speak Greek, to help teach and develop the child's writing and speaking skills in the language. The family would like to hire in August. You will be required to cook a variety of meals for the child, so you must have basic cooking skills.
