A lovely family based in Balham, London, is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to help maintain their family home to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of housekeeping experience and will speak fluent English. A Tagalog speaker would be a bonus. Someone reliable, organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a large private household would be ideal for this role.
The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a 5-storey family home with 4 bedrooms. Duties will include general cleaning, floor care, dusting, polishing, bathroom cleaning, kitchen maintenance, laundry, ironing, bed making, linen changes, dishware care, window cleaning, and outdoor area upkeep.
The family has 4 young children, but no childcare will be required. The family also has a dog, so someone comfortable around pets would be ideal. Cooking would be a bonus, but this is not essential. No travel or driving will be required for this role.
Working hours: Either 2 weekdays per week for 9 hours per day, or 4 weekdays per week for 4.5 hours per day. Around 18 to 20 hours per week.
