A lovely family based in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to help maintain their 4-floor, 5-bedroom private residence to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of housekeeping experience and will speak fluent English. Someone reliable, organised, detail-oriented, and confident maintaining a large family home would be ideal for this role.
The housekeeper will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, organisation, and upkeep of the home. Duties will include floor care, dusting, polishing, bathroom cleaning, kitchen maintenance, dishware organisation, laundry, ironing, bed making, and linen management.
The role will also include maintaining extensive glass surfaces, large windows, and mirrors to ensure they remain clean and free from smudges, streaks, and fingerprints. The candidate will also support with meal preparation when required.
The family has two cats, so someone pet friendly would be ideal. Cat sitting will be required when the client is away. A driver with their own car is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 to 40 hours per week
