A Part-time Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family based in Reading, Berkshire to help them in maintaining the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who can carry out all general housekeeping tasks.
Working hours: Monday and Friday for 12 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Duties include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Running errands such as going to laundry, pickup/delivery has to be arranged to/from house, laundry would be towels and clothing
The family is seeking someone who can start immediately.
