This lovely family based in Sidcup, Kent, is seeking a part-time housekeeper to manage their rental property and in June/July their newly renovated home. Both properties with a 5-minute drive from each other. The current property is 4 4-bedroom, the future property is 5 5-bedroom, 3 floors. The role includes all general housekeeping duties. A driver would be a bonus.
Working hours: Monday and Thursday, 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm
Duties include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the home
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors regularly
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, baths, and showers
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
- Managing laundry: washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens
- Making beds and changing bed linen as needed
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher, and organising the dishware
