This lovely family based in Hampstead, London, is seeking a part-time housekeeper to help maintain a clean and well-organised home. The role involves all general housekeeping duties. They are looking for a second housekeeper to work alongside their existing one. A pet-friendly approach is essential, as the family has three cats.
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am
Duties include:
- Ensuring overall organisation and tidiness throughout the home, beyond just linens
- Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the entire private residence
- Carrying out routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, including worktops and appliances
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and household linens
- Managing all laundry tasks, including ironing, folding, and putting away garments
- Making beds and replacing bed linen as required
- Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
