A Part-time Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in Hackney, London to help them in maintaining the cleanliness of their home and prepare meals for the family. They are looking for someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for their child. They prefer someone child-friendly as the role will potentially move which will require child care.
Working hours: 2 day a week for 12 hours on a flexible schedule
Duties include:
- maintaining a clean family home
- sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
- cleaning washbasins, bathtubs, and showers
- deep cleaning the kitchen
- washing clothes
- unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
- ironing
- making up the beds and changing the linens
- washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
- cleaning the windows and mirrors
- grocery shopping
- cooking and preparing meals for the child
