A prestigious VVIP family based in Dubai is looking for a highly qualified Governess or Norland-trained Nanny to take on an important educational and developmental role for their three children. This position focuses on education and development, acting as the main point of contact between the school and the family, liaising with teachers, and ensuring that the children are keeping up with their studies and completing their homework. The successful candidate will create a structured yet inspiring learning environment, encouraging curiosity, good study habits, and a genuine love of learning. The ideal candidate will be highly qualified, ideally Norland-trained or with an equivalent background, and will have solid experience working with school-aged children in fully staffed, formal households. They should be discreet, professional, and willing to sign an NDA. Flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently are essential, as the family spends significant time abroad. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: 6 days per week, 10 to 12 hours per day
Accommodation: Separate bedroom and bathroom within the palace. Sharing a bedroom with another nanny during travel time.
