A full-time live-in head chef is needed by an amazing family to perform professional cooking, cleaning and housekeeping services on a permanent basis. The candidate will be required to take on the role of the principal in overseeing the staff and making sure their duties are carried out to a high standard, as well as using a muck in approach. This role is based in Florida, USA and Sicily, Italy. Cater service will be expected for some occasional dinner parties outside of the family. Whilst in Sicily the live-in head chef will be working alongside the sous chef for larger groups and whilst in Florida it will be a sole position. Someone who can speak Italian is a huge bonus for this role.
The candidate must have a right to work in USA and Italy to join the family when they travel.
Working hours: 6 days per week, approximately 12 hours per day
