An International Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Kuwait to help care for their three school-aged children. The primary focus will be on the younger child, and the nanny should be proactive and flexible in meeting the child’s needs, accompanying them to activities with a nurturing and caring approach. The older children are more independent, and the parents would like to maintain that dynamic. The nanny will be expected to supervise them, remind them about upcoming exams, and ensure their school bags are prepared with everything needed for the next day’s activities. Once or twice per year, the nanny will be required to stay at the house and provide proxy-parenting if both parents are travelling for work. Prior experience with busy families and strong organisational skills are essential. A driver with a full driving licence would be a bonus, but this is not a deal-breaker. The family is looking for a nanny who is fluent in English or someone who can speak French up to a native level. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, approximately 60 hours per week. Downtime of around 5 hours during the day only when the children are at school. Some occasional flexibility is required with finish time. When they are on holiday or when they're home sick, the downtime window won't be applicable. When travelling, especially in LA, there is 1 day off per week instead of 2.
