A lovely family in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for an experienced, professional Full-Time International Nanny to join their household and care for their two young children. Speaking Spanish would be advantageous to this role.
A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: 2 weeks on - 2 weeks off - Time off available during the day
Accommodation: Ensuite bedroom
Travel with family: Europe - Travel to Spain and Switzerland
Childcare Duties:
Engaging Play: Planning age-appropriate sensory play, story-time, singing, arts and crafts, and fine/gross motor skill activities.
Socialisation & Outings: Organizing playdates, library visits, park outings, or local toddler classes to encourage social interaction.
Language & Emotional Development: Reading aloud daily, practicing vocabulary, encouraging communication, and helping the toddler navigate tantrums and emotional transitions using positive discipline techniques.
Safety & Supervision: Providing active, uninterrupted supervision indoors and outdoors, childproofing spaces, and handling basic first aid or emergencies.
Routine & Sleep Management: Maintaining a consistent daily schedule, including managing nap time routines and helping transition from morning/afternoon naps as needed.
Hygiene & Toddler Care: Potty training support or changing diapers, assisting with handwashing, dressing, and bedtime/naptime preparation
Housekeeping Duties:
Light Toddler Cleanup: Cleaning up after activities and meals, loading/unloading child dish-ware, and teaching the child to put away toys.
Laundry & Nursery Upkeep: Washing, folding, and putting away the toddler’s clothes and bed linens, as well as keeping the bedroom and play areas organised and sanitised.
Communication with Parents: Providing regular updates or daily logs regarding meals, nap durations, mood shifts, and developmental milestones
Cooking Duties: Meal Preparation & Feeding: Preparing healthy meals and snacks, managing self-feeding practice, and handling food allergies or dietary guidelines set by parents.
