This lovely family in San Diego, USA, is seeking an International Nanny to care for their toddler and school-aged child on a permanent live-in basis. The position involves weekend work with two days off during the week. Responsibilities include school runs by car, along with all typical nanny duties such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry for the children. Additionally, running basic errands for the mother will be part of the role. Some overnight stays will be required, compensated additionally. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, kind, patient, and possess good energy and emotional intelligence to understand the children’s feelings. A US passport or the right to work in the US is required, and Spanish-speaking ability is a big bonus.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: 5 days a week, weekdays: 6:30 am to 8:30 am + 2 pm to 8 pm. Weekend: 8 am to 8 pm and 2 days off during the week.
