A high-profile family based between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and London, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Permanent Full-time Live-in International Head Nanny to oversee the care of their three children, aged 5, 3, and 1 year old. The role is set to begin in September 2026.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, with a background in childcare or early childhood education and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The family is looking for someone who is warm, patient, organised, proactive, and highly professional. Previous experience leading or mentoring other nannies within a fully staffed household is essential. Applicants must hold a UK or EU passport to facilitate frequent international travel.
Although each child has their own dedicated nanny, this is a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nanny team, ensuring consistency of care while building strong relationships with each child. The role also involves working closely with the parents and wider household staff to support the children's routines, education, and overall well-being.
The position includes frequent international travel throughout Europe and worldwide, so flexibility is essential. Private accommodation, including a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, will be provided in both London and Riyadh.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
