An International Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Kuwait to help in taking care of their three school-aged children. The primary role is for the younger child and the nanny needs to be proactive and flexible in looking after their child's needs, accompanying to activities with nurturing and caring approach. The older children are more independent and the parents really want to keep that the way it is, the nanny will be there to supervise them, remind them of their schools exam and make sure they prepared their school bags with the necessary equipment for their activities happening on the next day. Once or twice per year the nanny will be required to stay in the house and do proxy-parenting if both parents have to travel for work. It is very important that the nanny have prior experience with busy families and is very organised. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a deal-breaker.
The family is looking for a nanny who is fluent in English or someone who can speak French up to a native level. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, approximately 60 hours per week. Downtime of around 5 hours during the day only when the children are at school. Some occasional flexibility is required with finish time. When they are on holiday or when they're home sick, the downtime window won't be applicable. When travelling, especially in LA, there is 1 day off per week instead of 2.
